Couple's retreat with some surprises
We got a free upgrade to a penthouse suite. It was enormous and well-furnished, just a perfect setting for a birthday celebration. The automated services made everything smooth, and having a well-equipped kitchenette was a pleasant surprise, we could have easily cooked dinner if we seemed like it.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.

Spacious room , big bathroom , coffee machine and microwave , fantastic bed
Room too full with design stuff, not enough coffee with coffee machine, internet still not free even though most hotels offer it for free. It would be nice if they could leave some information in the room about public transport [metro] seeing that there is no reception staff. The cookingbooks in the room are really terrible and a waste of paper!

I had a fairly nice experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent short walk to markets, the concert hall, and the metro station opposite. Got queen studio with very nice design when arrived, loved that. A freezer, a kettle and a toaster worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, offered great services.

The apartment is great. Just note that I did not meet any staff only by phone.
One problem is that the check in process is a mystery until you arrive and then you learn that there is nobody there to inform you of what to do. Once there you need to make a phone call (expensive and using roaming if you are not from Belgium). It would be nice to be aware of the inconvenient before hand. The check out process was not clear either. Other than that, I loved B-Regent.

Bathroom amenities like the Rituals products enhanced the experience, while the gym provided a nice facility for exercise. Checking in and out was entirely self-service, which may not suit everyone, and the front door occasionally jammed, requiring a firm pull to operate it. The location was beneficial with nearby shops, though public transport access could be improved.

Easy check in and out (but see below) Everything new Cleaned daily Large bathroom Comfortable bed Cool decor
No ironing facilities despite being advertised as having (I wouldn't have booked here if I had known this) No dvd player despite being advertised as having (not a big deal) On leaving you we're supposed to put your entry card and feedback form in a check out box but there wasn't one.

We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with our five adult children, just a quick 10-minute walk from the beautiful St Gudula Cathedral. The tv and comfy seating made our evenings enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring local stores.
For dads, it would be great if there were more key cards available.

I liked the location with easy access to the underground. The people at the breakfast room were very nice and helpfull. The room was spacious and comfortable. The fact the certain things in the room still needed to be fixed did not bother me.
I found that the bath is a bit difficult to get in and out off as it is fairly high off the ground. Having sustains a knee injury it made it a bit difficult to bath. There should be proper coffee cups in the cupboards and a number of coffee sachets, teabags, sugar etc. I could not make use of the safe since it wasn't fixed in place and no english instructions. The clothes rail gave way in the wardrobe as its been cut to short. I have stayed in other hotels in Brussels with reception service on 24 hrs and did not pay as much as I've paid with b Apart Hotels.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, a fitness centre, and easy luggage storage. I remember when the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones during my first stay. I recommend taking advantage of the express check-in!

Within walking distance from European Commission. Good potential to increase the perceived value to customers further by quality improvement.
I got only cold water from the shower in the mornings. No iron for shirts. Coffee maker only for esspresso and complicated. Small things which the management could fix if they would bother to sleep 1-2 nights at the rooms as business travellers themselves.

We arrived at b apart hotel at late night. Our room was dirty, and much more incredible, the bed sheets were dirty, full of body hair. The worst clean service Ever!
